Cabin trip

Our sweet bishop has a cabin up in the mountains about 2 hours from our place. He let us go up and spend a long weekend there to get our minds off of all of this stress. Blah. It was a very relaxing, nice trip though.
He lived right on a small lake and had a canoe and paddleboat so we did quite a bit of boating which we loved. In the middle of the lake there was a teensy island that we explored... we found a goose egg! One that was hatched and one that wasn't. So cool.Tried to go fishing multiple times. So his cabin was in a community made up of trout fishers and supposedly they stock their lakes with tons of fish. We went about about 4 separate times and always fed the fish but never caught any. Sigh. Fun anyways.

Went offroading. That's me driving there. I drove for a little while and had a lot of fun chasing Mark while he was running for his life in front of the car and leaving him running behind us on the trail.
Thought this was funny. This was during a very bumpy part of the trail.
Ethan loving it.
Lily Lake, a gorgeous lake that we stopped at on our drive.
Hiked some, so gorgeous.

Saw and stepped foot on the continental trail.
The people who managed the whole community had a fox as a pet! This mother fox would come ot their house daily to get food to bring back to her 2 little fox babies. We saw them fairly close. They stared us down for quite a while.
Played on their tire swing and in their cool fort.
